His offensive game hasn't changed too much IMO (that's not a bad thing. It has always been at an elite level). His decision making has improved slightly as he does not hold on to the puck as often and usually makes the right play.

His defensive game is a lot better, but he still hesitates to back check sometimes which may have had something to do with his conditioning. His positioning on both sides of the ice have improved greatly.
