I didn't mess with it on purpose! I didn't even realize I had a problem until I tried to log on when I was away and couldn't connect. A friend of mine also tried to connect from Vancouver and had the same issue.

Edit: I think the answer is in this document: http://support.slingbox.com/get/KB-1000162.html. I have to figure it out.
