He's shown he's capable of it, so unless his Achilles injury is chronic, I don't see any reason he can't rekindle that production. I'm just saying I can see why they gave him the deal they did. I don't think it's as bad as some people are saying it is.
Plus, in all likelihood, he is going to play with Kovalchuk in some way or another.
