Everything I've heard him say thus far, from this interview to every presser he's been a part of, I think he's said the right things while remaining honest. That's hard to find these days. You'll usually get one or the other - i.e. an honest coach who sometimes says the wrong things at the wrong times or a coach that says the right things even if he doesn't believe them himself.

I hope this translates to productivity on the ice. Therrien has a team that he envisions to be hard working:

Cole-Desharnais-Patches = worked well last year and will work hard to continue that flow.
Gionta-Plekanec-Galchenyuk(??) = Plekanec and Gionta work hard by nature. Having a gifted yougster working with them could be a very solid top 6.
Moen-Eller-Bourque = If Bourque can get himself going, this line is all about hard work.
White-Prust-Armstrong = Crash and bang line. All about hard work and grit.

If a few things pan out, this team is exactly what Therrien will love. Hard work and getting the job done, at all facets of the game.
