If this would have happened last year it probably would have been a lot harder, but most of the guys know the coaches, know the system, Richards said, referring also to a more defined projected roster for the start of the 48-game season. Its just trying to get rest and put in good (work) the rest of the week. Everything is a lot easier this year and everything is on track and better.
