I am kind of in the same boat: I was told by GCL support that my account would be automatically renewed and that I would be charged on 1/21/2013 but that I would still be able to watch the games on the 19th and 20th. The problem is that now whenever I log in to GCL I get the message that I have to upgrade my account; so I can't access GCL at the moment. Now I don't know whether I should renew manually or not, since I'd like to avoid paying the fee twice and going through the hassle of requesting a refund.
