Arniel is, in my mind anyway, absolutely to blame for Rodin regressing. Hell, which one of our prospects has taken a step forward with Arniel? I'm struggling to name one...

Under MacT, Rodin seemed to be progressing pretty well and was playing really well for the last 20 games or so of last season. I don't really understand what happened this season.
