This is absolutely ridiculous. Kostitsyn was abysmal defensively when he came to North America. He has improved since then but his defensive game is still well below average. Perezhogin isn't great or even average defensively either. I can't remember what game it was this year but Perezhogin broke his stick and had to play about a minute without a stick. It was painful to watch and showed just how lacking his defensive game is.
