I think you have two options:

1) Look at the percentage of games they missed in their prime and assume a similar amount missed here.


2) Look at straight up seasonal scoring stats; none of that per-game stuff.

I think matchups matter too - a team with physical defensemen is more likely to injure an injury-prone forward, etc.

But I think some GMs are of the mindset that injuries don't happen in the ATD, and I strongly disagree.
