With the cap going down this off-season, plus all of the amnesty buyouts, the free agent market change. Offers will drop due to less teams being able to fit under the cap. There will be a major deflation. I think Lupul takes what he can get now. I think a lot of players will re-sign before the end of the season.

My prediction: Lupul takes 5 years at 25 million, front loaded 6/6/5/4/4 for a 5 mil cap number.
