I remember Taras when he got traded from Sibir to SKA before PO last season. Coach didn't believe in him. His ice time was shocking ~6:00 minuts. And his mood obviously was pretty low. Until he scored hatty. It didn't take too long. After that it became impossible for coach to keep him warming the bench. His icetime gradually was increasing. In PO he was scoring leader in the KHL. I remember the joke: the annual post-season meeting of SKA players with fans (fans were frustrated after PO) only Tarasenko will survive. Probably, he was only SKA player who was not criticised and even his coach had to admit that he was the best SKA player in PO.
Only thing he needs is just belief in him, even in a hard times and let him develop step by step. Like Pittsburgh let Malkin develop his skills. That's all he needs.
