people tend to highlight more lack of strength in compare to lack of creativity because one is more obvious on the ice. DD brings a much needed creativity among our forwards in the short term.He might not be the long term #2C of this franchise but for now his presence is needed, maxpac breakout was because of this guy.I agree with a lot of you it would be a great idea to move him to the wing,but we dont have anyone to center the second line. I think AK's loss also affected the creativity in the team, you need to create unexpected scenario for the opponent D. Talking about DD leads to Eller, I think this year's team performance relies on Eller, if Eller fails to deliver and progress this team will choke its pretty obvious they are gambling big time on Eller.People debating about if Eller can be 2nd line, its too early for now (this year) he should prove he's top quality 3rd line center, thats his job to ship in terms of goals but more importantly perform consistently on off and def through this short season.
