Neither have ever really done anything special offensively, with the exception of one big tournament for MPS.

I don't think he has ever scored 20 goals in any league at any level, but people were always expecting him to score 30 in the NHL for some reason.

He has all the tools, but I think he needs a PERSONAL coach to achieve anything. He needs someone on the bench to just focus on him all the time and follow him around all day and stick with him in practice with a whip. Smack him every time he goes to the perimeter and get him charging goalies. Then he could make a difference out there.

Lander seems like a stand-up guy and all, but he seems to have even less offensive upside than Paajarvi. If he wants to grind it out in North America for few more years he could eventually be a 3rd line utility centre. I hope they both grind it out, but as someone said earlier, It shouldn't be a surprise if one or both wind up back in Timra sooner or later.
