I watched the Oilers last night, and that Justin Schultz is the real deal. In his first NHL game he was already controlling the pace, quarterbacking the pp, and playing solid defense. That kid is a superstar in waiting.

I am not sure I have ever been as impressed by a rookie's first game in my 40 years of watching NHL hockey.

At the end of the year, he will be standing head and shoulders above all other rookies.
What exactly is the one dimension you speak of?
