I think Free Agents should be one season. I don't like signing and flipping them, but I also don't think the same threshold should apply as trades.

Also, what's the rule about changing franchise players? Once every offseason? Once every other? I can't remember what we decided on there. Re-reading the rule, it seems there are no changes unless they are approved by Fuss (or fall into one of the two exceptions). But it seems like we should have some flexibility--like if Kikuts jumps for Pens to high 80s next year, he should go on the list, etc. Ditto me for kreider, I guess.
