Fulham - Quiet underdogs all the time seemingly, solid squad, Martin Jol half decent manager.

QPR - Tony Fernandes runs it, also the owner of Caterham F1 team. Bought horribly badly in the summer, over spent on wages. Hughes sacked and now got Harry Redknapp in. He will do a job but I cannot stand the bloke and has a horrible philosophy on Football.

Everton - Moyes one of the longest standing Premier League managers, a good manager as well. Buys very well with one of the smallest budgets in the league. They are having a very good season as well.

Of the three, Everton currently I would say.
