BTW, maybe it's just me but I don't think I'd spend too much money on a forward. I think we should be OK there once the prospects start to develop a bit. What has me worried the most is the defense and, most importantly, goaltending. Once Nabby leaves we could be in serious trouble. There might be a few good goalies available the offseason after next, but if Nabokov leaves before that I'm curious to see what Snow decides to do.

Maybe go after Hiller if Anaheim decides to give Gibson a shot? Go with one of the BP guys, who have both been pretty inconsistent? I honestly have no idea which direction they'll decide to go in.
