Now I'm curious: if you're being asked why you're an offensive defenseman who hasn't put up great numbers, and you feel your system/coaches have limited your offensive output ... it's a distinct possibility that you'd let it slip that you weren't fond of your coaches and/or system, and didn't feel your game was able to play to its full potential because of it.
In any event: as stated in the other thread, I'm more concerned about the guy's frame than I am about any character flaws at this point.
The TSN guys were making that comment about several players:Leopold; when discussing the trade for Tanguay, Mitera; when he was drafted. I do not recall the same complaint mentioned about Fischer, but hey I have missed a point or two before.
It is interesting to see the comments about Fischer. On the other hand he is a high school kid. Even the best kids say peculiar things sometimes.
Funny, I read in the Gazette that the Habs have been watching this kid for a while, with close contact by scouts who know the kid. If he was such an "idiot" I would expect it would have been apparent to them by now.
