The Coyotes are owner-less because Moyse and those that preceded him lost tens of millions annually. So it seems that perhaps the lack of attendance in Phoenix might just be demonstrative of something other than the lacking of an owner, but rather, perhaps demonstrates the lacking of a hockey market - one able to fund an NHL team at the level required to attract and retain an owner.
