He can already put up 30+ points and QB a PP - and Flyers may not be good at developing d-men from scratch, but they are very good at turning already established NHL d-men and maximizing their potential (Carle, Coburn).
If the Flyers have a chance to get him, they definitely should go for it. They dont' become available very often.
Much appreciated, thank you. The was he was being described sounded as though he had already transcended to elite, which I didn't think happened.
