With the way most municipal and state budgets currently look, I can't imagine anyone is looking to build a new stadium. On top of that, Loria has made sure public opinion has never been more negative towards the idea of publicly financing a stadium. I personally think that if the Rays insist on a new stadium to relocate (and they probably will) that they're stuck for the time being.
