That goes without saying. However, I don't think the voters will care too much about that. If both players have 10 goals/30 points and are +5 at the end of the season, and only one can be nominated, they're going to take the guy playing 25 minutes a night over the guy playing 18 minutes a night. Even if Hamilton was capable of playing 25 minutes a night and looking just as good as Schultz, they'll still vote in the player that actually did it.

It's sort of like RNH vs Landeskog. Would RNH have had more points if he hadn't been injured? Of course....but he didn't have more points.

Hamilton is going to have to be much better offensively to make up for the minutes Schultz has on him and the match ups each player is going against.
