If Perezhogin pans out, he'll have more of an impact on the team than Zed did last year when he notched 30 goals. The reason for that will be that Perezhogin will probably be a much more versatile weapon. Again, if he pans out he'll be a better puckhandler and passer than Zednik, with comparable skating and shooting skills. I'm not saying he's likely to be a steady 30 goal scorer (though neither is Zed at this point) but he'll create at least as much trouble for defences with his particular set of skills as Zednik does with his.
