GMs usually only get one coach before they are put in the hot seat, but Sacco has been here as long as any coach in franchise history. I was to keep Sherman personally, I like his style. But he's too loyal to Sacco.
The team needs a good coach with a SYSTEM. Look at what happened to St-Louis when they got Hitchcock... of course St-Louis as a better team but still....
With all the young guys in the team and the other ones coming soon, we need to develop them within a good system. With Sacco we will never develop a winning team.
