Robert Hägg at 29 seems to be very low. This kid has all tools to be very effective player.

. He is very much up and down though, sometimes he's just terrible and a complete giveaway machine. I think his upside is high but quite often he looks really nonchalant in his own zone, like he doesn't care. I'm pretty sure there are some mixed opinions on him among scouts.
