Have to agree. Feel bad for people in Arizona who will lose jobs or who genuinely became emotionally invested in their team, but the experiment is a complete and utter failure. Moreover, they actually have a good team, with a good system, good prospects and a decent future. Move them to a market that will support them and an ownership that wants to spend and they may attract some good players out of free agency and become a real threat in a short time. It's kind of a dream situation for anyone who is looking to buy a team. When True North bought the Thrashers and moved them back to Winnipeg, they were buying a bad team with a few bright spots and saying "be patient, we'll spend when the time is right, we're not going to make any significant moves for a while". Anyone looking to buy the Coyotes can look to add immediately and have a playoff team right out of the gates. A playoff team in the first years of moving is huge to solidify the fan base.
