And here it comes.
The NLFPA ranting about player safety.
I am so sick and tired of this crap, this is nothing more then a ploy to get more money. Ed Reed said himself, he knows the damage being done to his body and he is ok with it because he signed up for it.
Great get all the concussion specialist you can get, when players flat out lie to medical personal about symptoms and their health, there is nothing anyone can do. So a player wants to tell the team, he is fine and feeling no concussion symptoms after getting a concussion, then play the following week, get another worse one and sue the league? Best of all who hit that player in the head, did he suffer a concussion from a beating from his owner or Goodell or did another one of his NFLPA members try to decapitate him over and over again?
Guess what NFL players, you might suffer head injuries in a game where you smash your head against another players head over and over, SHOCK! Players need to take responsibility for their actions, it's not the leagues fault when you lie over and over to the medical personal to keep playing. It would be one thing if the players where forthright about it but they all admit to lying about it so whose fault is it?
