I know Troy from his days playing for "Jimbo" and coaching/managing in the MHL and agree with STUTOMMIES that he needs a chance to put his stamp on this team. But, having said that, time is in short supply. A playoff appearance within the next 2 years is almost a must in order to establish STU as a place to play. Moral victories will only carry you so far.
I hope he can pull it off.
