Michael Latta slashed in the neutral zone in the second period and he was also benched. Chicago scored a second PP goal on Jarvinen's high sticking penalty. That made it 5-0 at 5 minutes into period 2. Jeremy Smith played well, he didn't get much help out there. The defense and the offense were both poor and porous, in front of 7500 fans.

I still like Beck's offensive upside for this Preds team, but if not him then Austin Watson is pretty close to being ready.
