Yet both are pretty good and both seem to be that second tier star.

Biggest difference to me is that HHH still loves this business and is still a fan , Hart has become incredibly bitter , especially after Montreal , too bad.
I would probably argue that Hart would be in the in ring elite level. The guy put on some absolute classics.
