Sounds nice. I'm at work and I brought mac and cheese with broccoli and ham.

I read recently that besides chicken soup, food that is good for colds incluce yogurt, which is high in zinc; citrus and berries for Vitamin C and a slight antihistaminic effect; spices like garlic, turmeric and hot peppers, which break up congestion; and red meat and oysters, which also have zinc. Drink lots of fluids but not alcohol, which dialates small blood vessels and makes you feel more stuffed up.
