I think he has done about as good a job as could reasonably be expected and I do believe he's probably the right guy to coach the team for the next 10 years, if he wants.

He has been dealt a tough hand though. Mgmt seems content with creating one hole to fill another. It's one thing to have a fourth line full of AHL guys, it's another to have those guys on the second and third lines and dealing with a talented but frustratingly inconsistent defensive group.
