Overall, I've been really unimpressed with Richards ability to QB the PP since he arrived here. I'm not pinning the blame on him, but he's not particularly creative on the point and his one-timer has gone to hell. I keep seeing MDZ defer to him on a regular basis instead of taking control and running the show. Having two guys out there running the PP is almost as bad as having nobody to run it. Just leads to more confusion.
Gilroy averaged 9+ minutes the last two games. And wasn't on the ice for a goal against.

Includes an embarrassing loss to the Penguins.
