The Devils won this game because they did something the Rangers have failed to do for most of the season: capitalize on their chances.
The Rangers created noticeably more scoring chances than Devils but failed to capitalize. The Devils had a pretty small amount of scoring chances, but capitalized on most of them.
Don't get me wrong, the PP is a
major concern, but I feel that the inability to finish our scoring chances has been this team's biggest weakness.
