I think the notion of Staal being some defensive stalwart is a bit overstated. Sutter is everything we hoped Staal would be, not everything Staal was.

My big minus on the night was that it seemed the Pens lost every defensive zone PK faceoff. It was no wonder they gave up 15+ PP shots, since they were never able to disrupt the Isles' PP from the start.
