Raiders were a decent team during that time (Bugel season exempt). It was after Gruden that things fell apart.

Yet still vastly outperformed Brown. Brown strung together a long career of being good, but was never great. Never an All-Pro, only two seasons with double-digit TDs, and only once ranked among the lead leaders in any relevent measure (lead the league in catches once).

I just don't see the case for putting him ahead of Moss and Owens, who are multiple All-Pros each, own a gaggle of records and consistently performed as the best at their position for the majority of their careers.
