That's exactly the point though.

Not only do Markov/Subban have no chemistry (probably messed Markov up actually), but now we have two pairings that can shoot the puck rather that one.

Diaz has a decent shot, but it's not that hard, just accurate. Similar to Bouillon. Now we have two decent shooters on each PP. Much better chemistry and much better depth.
