Not only does this trade not make any sense, it is horrible for both teams.

Komisarek's value is virtually zero. Toronto would have to add if Komisarek is included in any trade (or take most of his salary). Hainsey is currently WPGs #2 defenceman with Byfuglien and Bogosian injured and is much more valuable, despite his own over inflated contract. I think most people outside of leaf nation will agree that Hainsey > Komisarek.

Bozak is underrated because he is playing in the Toronto market, but Winnipeg has no need for an extra centre. Telegin will not be traded because Chevy does not believe in trading away our prospects, especially those in the first year of their ELC.

I don't see a counter proposal to this offer. We may dump Hainsey at the deadline if we are far and away out of a playoff spot. His value would be similar to the Oduya trade with the Hawks - a 2nd and 3rd round pick.
