Stepan needs to his game in gear if he wants more than $2.5M per. Stepan has zero leverage. He is not arbitration eligible until 2014. St.Louis gave Perron and Berglund $2.15M/$2.25M respectively in their 2 year bridge contracts.

Callahan was arbitration eligible in 2009 when he signed his 2 year contract. He got more than Dubinsky who has not arbitration eligible in 2009.
