Theres no question in mind Hemsky has more skill than frolov now. I don't even think its close, as far as pure skill. I still think frolov has a lot of growing to do because he looks awkward at times (eg the 2-on-1 with belanger, or countless times he's messed up one-timers).

If Frolov can consistently make more high % offensive plays, (vs skating back and forth behind the goalie), the sky is the limit for him.

Frolov can do 10x better, imo.
