If the guy isn't ready to play, he isn't ready to play. What purpose does it serve the fans to know exactly what the hold up is? If you are a coach or in management, what good does it do to give this information out freely?

Because just like every other injury in the history of ever, by the time the guy actually comes back to the lineup, the nature of the injury is public. All this secrecy while the guy is out is pointless. It does nothing but aggravate fans.
