He also was a -18 last season. Seeing how impatient Hitchcock is with people who don't play D up to his standards, this could be ugly.

I would not have done this trade, Woywitka just kept getting better and better. We have 4 Dmen on the wrong side of 30, it looked like Woywitka would be getting here just in time. Now we have another hole to fill. I don't care what some people here think, Vandermeer is not a top 6 NHL Dman nor is Seidenberg who is more of a role player.

Vandermeer & Seidenber both can amd will be top 6 NHL defenseman.

Comrie is the same size as Mark Recchi, who has functioned just nicely in the Eastern Conference.

Comrie played a month with a broken hand, the season before he led the Oilers with a +16 rating.

60 points as a 22 year old, it's not like he's 32 and his best days are behind him, at 23, his best years are in front of him.
