McLean had the 94 run, in which he got red hot and put up a .928 but other than that playoff run he was a fairly average and sometimes mediocre goaltender. His best save % in a season was .904, and only cracked .900 3 out of 14 seasons. The only other playoffs that he was above .900 was '92, with a .909. Of course, when most people think of McLean, they think of that '94 run, not the rest of his career.
