Then get rid of guys like Fedotenko and replace them with bangers. Then you obviously need some nasty defencemen to replace the likes of Pronger.

Keep the skilled guys and replace the average guys with tough nasty players that you hate to play against. That is Flyers hockey.
Lavy's system worked pretty well in 2010 despite not being "Flyers Hockey"
