I use to have coffee in the morning, but cut it out because I don't like it on its own and would have to add some sugar and creamer or milk. Not Starbucks level of sweet, but one pack of Splenda or sugar for a 12oz cup of coffee 5-6 time a week definitely adds up, same with a tablespoon of creamer or milk.

Also try my best to dodge juices and just have the whole fruit instead. It's crazy how much sugar is in even natural juice. Once juiced a bag of like 10-12 apples and might have gotten two cups of juice.
