That was mini camp. And he showed up he just asked for a trade and left a day early or something. Then everything was settled like a week later.

If my math and research is right these are the Top 5 highest paid WRs by AAV (excluding pending UFAs Bowe and Welker):
C.Johnson: $18.8m AAV, $60m guaranteed.
Fitzgerald: $16.06m AAV $46m guaranteed. (His Cap hit is 20.25m!!)
Jackson: $11.11m AAV, $26m guaranteed.
Marshall: $9.46m AAV, $24m guaranteed.
Holmes: $9m AAV, $24m guaranteed.
So there's you Top 5. And I believe the Franchise Tag number at WR this year is ~8.2m (goes by average of Top 5 Base Salaries at position for upcoming year).
Him wanting $10m would make him 4th highest paid WR. Given his role it's tricky where to price him exactly. I might pay him the $10m per year, but I don't think I'd give him $20m guaranteed.
