I don't think anyone is blaming him for any specific issue we had tonight.

That said, he DOES need to step up his play. He looks uninterested out there. I realize he's a streaky goal scorer, but he still needs to play with more urgency. Can't be making lazy passes like he was making tonight.

Same goes for Richards. He's gotta step it up. He looked okay for the first 5 games or so, but these last few, man, he has looked VERY sluggish and indecisive. Luckily for the Rangers, Stepan and Hagelin have stepped it up and are really the keys their offense right now, along with Nash.

This may be a bit counter productive, as Hagelin-Stepan-Nash has been out best line in these wins, but I think they should try Hagelin with Richards and Gaborik now that he's back on his game. He complimented those two perfectly last year, and I think those two need a sparkplug player like him on their line.
