I'm not a law talking guy, but I disagree with the idea that the BK court could/should have allowed the team to move. The creditors knew who the customer was and what industry it was in, just from that basic information they would have been able to figure out that there would be some constraints on the business related to location. In this case it's seller/supplier beware.
