Last night was awesome.
And it carried over to my workout this morning.
Our strength work was playing around with some Atlas stones and I was the only person to go ground to shoulder with the big stone for reps (I got 2 in a minute and was 3/4 of the way up with rep three when I failed).
Then I pushed through with minimal rest on a long met-con of 5 rounds for time of 20 wall balls (20# ball), 20 box jumps (24" box), and 20 sit ups.
I finished in 15:39 and beat a guy that I'm right around most of the time by 17 seconds because he rested more and I pushed through on the last 2 rounds.
