all this talk about the D is once again misplaced.
Our D men are just fine on the PP.
The forwards need to produce the offense.
Bergy and Krejci too often play from the perimeter. Krejci from behind the net to much, Bergy from along the boards.
its what this team has lacked since Savvy and kessel. A forward who can and will control the puck from the face off circle and is a threat to attack the net.
Why is our PK so effective? Because, as a team, defensively, the bruins are excellent at clearing the crease and forcing the opposing team to the perimeter.
Our PP sucks for the same reason, they play it on the perimeter way to much.
